Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.

• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company system.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.

• Follow up to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
